The Board of Supervisors has designated April 11-17, 2010, as Public Safety Telecommunications Week in Frederick County. This yearly event is held during the second full week in April to show appreciation for the men and women who work at the 911 Dispatch Center who are instrumental in keeping the community and its residents safe.
