An amendment to The Frederick County 2007 Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 6 Land Use, to update the Northeast Frederick Land Use Plan (NELUP).

To adjust the future land use, transportation, and community facility elements. No modification of the Urban Development Area (UDA) or the Sewer & Water Service Area (SWSA) was proposed.
