The Development Review and Regulations Committee (DRRC) is a committee of the Planning Commission whose primary responsibilities invlove the implementation of the Frederick County Comprehensive Policy Plan in the form of Zoning and Subdivision ordinance requirements. The DRRC is tasked with considering requests to amend the ordinances made by the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, local citizens, businesses, or organizations. The DRRC strives to improve the rules and regulations of these ordinances so that the public is better served through its interpretation and application.
