This is an excellent class for ages 50+ and for anyone who wants to improve flexibility, muscle tone and joint range of motion. The class will energize you and the convenience of a punch pass puts you in control of your fitness schedule. Bring water. Take the plunge for a workout that is no impact! This class will use a variety of deep and shallow water exercises to offer you a great cardiovascular workout that will help increase muscle strength and endurance.
