Brook Snapp, 15, of Stephens City, demonstrates an aerial ladder climb during Frederick County Fire and Rescue's Second Explorer Post No. 154 graduation demonstrations Sunday at the Winchester-Frederick County Fire Training Center, 1716 Woodstock Lane. Students ages 14-17 took skills learned during the past 10 months and demonstrated them for family and friends.
