Frederick County offers opportunities to local businesses to provide goods and services to enhance and support the overall operations and infrastructure of the organization. The Finance Department acts as a liaison between contractors/vendors/suppliers and county agencies.

All procurement activities are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws and ordinances, to provide an equal opportunity for all vendors to compete in the procurement process.
